Aviation Security Manager Training - Cargo

A SACAA accredited course that meets the security training requirements under Part 109 for persons managing security for Cargo, Stores, Mail and Supplies, as well as for Designated Officials and Deputy Designated Officials for Regulated Agents

Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) - General Cargo Acceptance Personnel

A SACAA accredited course that meet the training requirements for personnel listed in category 4 and 7 as per Table 1.5.A of the IATA DGR.

  • Course Duration: 1 day (4-6 hours)
  • Validity: 24 months 
  • This course is recommended for:
    • Freight forwarder and general cargo acceptance personnel processing cargo, mail, or stores other than dangerous goods
    • IATA cargo agent staff
    • Cargo training specialists
    • Cargo operations managers and frontline supervisors

Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) - Ramp and Warehouse Personnel

A SACAA accredited course that meet the training requirements for personnel listed in category 5 and 8 as per Table 1.5.A of the IATA DGR.

  • Course Duration: 1 day (4-6 hours)
  • Validity: 24 months 
  • This course is recommended for:
    • Freight forwarder staff involved in the handling, storage and loading of cargo, mail or stores
    • Operator and ground handling agent staff involved in the handling, storage and loading of cargo, mail or stores
    • Airline and cargo training specialists
    • Operations managers and frontline supervisors

Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) - Category 6

A SACAA accredited course that meet the training requirements for personnel listed in category 6 as per Table 1.5.A of the IATA DGR.

  • Course Duration: 5 days
  • Validity: 24 months 
  • This course is recommended for:
    • Airline cargo acceptance and cargo agency staff
    • Cargo operations and ground handling staff
    • Station managers responsible for the safe transport of dangerous goods
    • Shippers, cargo agents, consolidators, freight forwarders
    • Instructional designers and instructors of DGR
